I have used the Dark Strokes tool in photoshop to make this image look stronger for the female audience.

Double page spread construction

I found a magazine double page spread that has inspired me for my own page.  I am going to use some of the forms and conventions in my own magazine so that it fits the indie genre and that readers will be engaged.

Here is the work that I completed after school today.  I am pleased with the construction and how it is coming along.  I think that I need to make some changes to the double page spread as it is not looking as good as it could.

This is what I have done today.  As I am going I am learning how to use Pages and Photoshop.  I like this page, but I can see that I am going to need to make some changes as it isn't looking like the genre at the moment.
